- Financial data: Account balances, transactions, and holdings from your connected financial institutions, retrieved through Plaid.
- Usage data: How you interact with the Service.

We use your information to:
- Provide personalized financial insights and analysis.
- Display your account balances, transactions, and net worth.
- Generate AI-powered financial insights and briefings.
- Send daily financial summaries (if enabled).
- Improve and maintain the Service.
3. Plaid Integration
INFI uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions. When you connect an account, Plaid securely retrieves your financial data using bank-level encryption. 4. Data Security
We protect your data with:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers.
- Encrypted storage for all financial data at rest.
- Read-only access to your financial accounts (we cannot move money or make transactions).
- Hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal or financial data. We share data only with:
- Plaid: To retrieve your financial data.
- AI providers: We share your financial data with AI providers to generate insights. Data is transmitted securely.
- Infrastructure providers: To host and operate the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal and financial data within 30 days, except where required by law.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Disconnect any financial institution at any time.
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
